ETL & Data Management: Designed and implemented an ETL process to extract headcount, cost, and technical data from HR and Finance systems. Transformed the data to identify savings opportunities, and loaded it into real-time Power BI dashboards for C-Suite stakeholders.
Power BI Reporting: Developed 5+ Power BI reports to visualise headcount reduction, cost savings and off-shoring opportunities. These reports tracked key metrics such as the £1.2 million in savings I successfully identified and the progress of offshoring initiatives across the region.
