Developed custom IT Procurement App using Microsoft Power App. This involved gathering detailed requirements. Creating process flows and writing user stories to streamline workflows. Collaborated with business stakeholders to ensure app functionality addressed business needs and performed continued improvements.

Scope

Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, documenting functional and technical requirements for the IT procurement process.

  2. Process Flow Design: Creating detailed process flows to map out the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints, approvals, and decision-making stages.

  3. User Story Creation: Writing comprehensive user stories to define specific functionalities, features, and user interactions for the application, ensuring clarity in development objectives.

  4. App Development: Designing and building the IT Procurement app using Microsoft Power Apps, configuring forms, workflows, and automation to streamline procurement activities.

  5. Integration & Testing: Ensuring seamless integration with existing Microsoft systems like SharePoint and Teams, conducting rigorous testing (UAT) to validate that the app meets business requirements.

  6. Documentation & Training: Creating supporting documentation, such as user manuals and system documentation, and providing training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new solution.

  7. Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project to ensure alignment and address any changes or feedback during the development cycle.
