Description

This project involved the evaluation of various ERP systems, including Dynamics 365, Sage, SAP, and Salesforce, to find the best solution for financial, HR, and operational workflows. Dynamics 365 was selected and implemented, with data migration and process integration across departments. Power BI dashboards provided real-time insights into financial performance.

Scope

Enterprise-wide ERP implementation, to select the most applicable financial system

Responsibilities

  1. Conducted a comparative analysis of Dynamics 365, Sage, SAP, and Salesforce, selecting Dynamics 365 as the optimal ERP solution.

  2. Built a business case outlining the financial and strategic benefits of Dynamics 365, securing project approval from senior management.

  3. Led data migration and process integration efforts across finance, HR, and operations, increasing process efficiency by 30%.

  4. Developed 5+ custom Power BI reports to enhance financial reporting accuracy by 20%, providing real-time performance insights.

  5. Managed a team of 6 members and coordinated with IT and consultants to ensure the system was implemented on time and within budget.

  6. Provided documentation and led training sessions for key stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption.
