Cameron has been very proactive in helping to resolve long standing pain points within the team to do with knowledge management. He has demonstrated capability and prowess in using PowerApps to create easy to use solutions.

Cameron's ability to train team members. Cameron took the time to set up short training sessions on Excel and helped me learn the basics. Cameron also approached me several times for tips on which projects are hiring C2s and good contacts to network with.

I worked with Cameron briefly when he supported me with an IT Strategy opportunity with Public Health Scotland. He was diligent and always completed his updates on time. The client has asked for a postponement to the discussion until the account has settled but once things progress I know that I will be able to rely on his support.

Power BI reporting/Power Apps provided a positive step change to some of the operational IT Performance team management processes. Cameron worked with me to support a client conversation with Allianz where a IT Cost discovery piece of work was proposed. Cameron helped to shape the slides and build the content, which relieved pressure on me whilst working on a client project.

I collaborated with Cameron on a case study for Allianz, where we were part of a team working under a tight deadline. Despite being new to Capgemini Invent, Cameron quickly adapted to the project's demands and played a crucial role in meeting our deadline. He demonstrated strong initiative by developing the structure for a location assessment and exhibited excellent teamwork skills.

Cameron's proven to be a hard worker. going above and beyond to meet deadlines, all maintaining excellent quality standards. Cameron distinguished himself in multiple occasions for his ability to manage stakeholders (both within Capgemini and clients). One important example is when he secured a short term high value project just after joining. He managed to quickly understand the situation, engage with the stakeholders, proving his great communication skills. He worked synergistically with his team delivering great results..

Cameron has been very proactive in identifying and developing a solution to address an area of limitation within the way IT Performance leverage internal data for visibility in members performance and availability. His analytical and technical skills are very impressive as he quickly developed and mobilized a plan to use PowerApp to tackle this limitation. He has also been responsive to new ideas by actioning feedback from wider members. Overall, his work ethic and delivery are very impressive for a C2 and I look forward to seeing his development.
